The Nature Buddy Club was formed by a Girl Scout Ambassador as part of a service project to earn her Gold Award. The purpose of the project and Nature Buddy Club is to give children opportunities to learn about and explore nature with the intent of reducing screen time for entertainment. Positive benefits include building friendships, improved mental health, and increased environmental awareness.
The club will continue, but this site only documents the initial phase for the Gold Award project.
